The music industry, source award did not appreciate bone thugs & harmony and even now in 2021 they need their flowers. Their lyrics and flow is just everything. They do not get the recognition they need. One of the Best hip hop group in my opinion.

This was 1995 ppl wasn't big on rap. The early 70's and 90's was still PoP, R&B, and Rock and roll era. Hip-hop was frowned upon even among Black's. Politicians Black activists and humanitarians way boycotting Hip-Hop and trying to abolished it. All those late 80's and early 90's rap song was underrated but today it get more recognition because hip-hop is more prevalent.

@@scarykurapika100yago2 you don't know much about hip hop. Hip Hop was never in its peak in the 90s it was beneath every music genre including country. Hip hop today just exceeded rock and roll recently but the quality of music back in the 90s was much better than the music we got today.

Just wanna say, Bone was sooo unique. We use the term too often in music, but they might be legit geniuses. No idea where they found they chopper/scat/sing-song style. So beautiful and divinely inspired. Mad respect to the crew. Thank you for the music.
@younglove3362

I wanna know how they all came together, made their style together, and managed to sing and add twist together and get creative. Most groups have egos and are too good or too lazy to switch their style up or become versatile. That's why I always claimed Bone Thugs to be the greatest group. They could all go solo but stayed strong more than 20yrs, and they are more legit and real than most other artists. When it comes to goat talk, Bone Thugs is on platform of Michael Jackson in being the greatest "GROUP" of all time. No to Wu Tang and fuck the Beatles.
@younglove3362
5 жыл бұрын
They didn't stay together. They struggled to stay together. Bizzy got kicked out due to boycotts. He comes together with them but he's technically not apart of Bone Thugs. Krayzie and Layzie have made many solo albums. And they have quarreled and had disagreements. As far as them gathering their styles, they used to sing together outside. Krayzie Bone taught Layzie how to rap where Layzie Bone used to beatbox back as the bandaid boys in high school. And they learned to fast rap by putting together as many words as they could in one verse.

Lol no man.. this year was actually the peak of hiphop and generally the whole decade of the 90s.. the crowd was so hatin on westcoast artists in this awards .. the west/eastcoast beef was at its tippin point this night specially when suge started dissin p.diddy and the badboys then snoop started to take on the whole new york crowd who booed almost all the westcoast rappers that night.. lol.. bone thugs were really dope tho that night.

@@scarykurapika100yago2 you don't know much about hip hop. Hip Hop was never in its peak in the 90s it was beneath every music genre including country. Hip Hop didn't grossed anywhere near as much money or numbers as rock and roll and pop music. Hip hop today just exceeded rock and roll recently but the quality of music back in the 90s was much better than the music we got today.

@younglove3362

Part of that is in due part to Flesh being there is why they had no fear I would assume. Flesh was just as crazy as Sug Knight.
