Convinced Bon Iver has somehow found a way to distill pure emotions into sounds. Thats not instruments you´re hearing. Its pain, love, sadness, warmth, energy and a dark void all extracted from the hearts of people

simply Beautiful
This entire album is PURE. Pure art. Pure heart. Thank you, Justin.
One of the many things I love about Bon Iver is the way his lyrics unfold and grow upon you everytime you listen. I still haven't figured this one out, but then again what's the rush. There's so much to soak in. The chroreorgraphy, the story in the words and most importantly the music. Thanks for putting such beautiful art out Bon Iver. Can't wait to see you in Australia soon!
@ElishaDavid

What a great way to put it. I think he's going for that too, his music is more about letting the melody and music hit you. It gives you a feeling of what the song is about without needing the lyrics.

This one is a bit more opaque, but it's written about the artist Naeem Juwan, formerly Spank Rock. Justin befriended the rapper a few years ago and Naeem recorded his new album in Justin's studio.
That was inspiring. It kicks parts of the brain that were dormant

Bon iver is a feeling. I love this
To me personally it's about the people who have to live with the consequences of war in Syria, Palestine, Afghanistan or one of the other many places in the world who had or still have to live in constant fear. WE REALLY DO NEED MORE LOVE - Thank you, Bon Iver ❤

This is my favourite song on the album so far
I didn't wanna listen to this song for the 30th time this morning because of the emotional response it elicits from me but wow am I glad I let it play
I never have to worry about Bon over. There is a 100% chance I will love it.
I desperately need to know the story behind the song's title, Naeem in Arabic means paradise or heaven. Man I am just in love with the song, the contemporary dance, the lyrics, the aesthetics, Iver voice, combined they all create a Naeem in my head.

Bon Iver named it after the Baltimore rapper Naeem, who he has often collaborated with. Naeem achieved fame as part of rap group Spank Rock, and has since released an album under the name Naeem.
