Bon Iver played a special sunrise concert at Hollywood Forever Cemetery at 6am on Sunday September 27th, 2009. This video is of the last 3 minutes of the show, filmed during the song Wolves. The audience was asked to sing along.
The show was prefaced with a night of entertainment, including DJ Sets selected by Bon Iver, screenings of Wes Anderson's Bottle Rocket and Planet Earth - Jungles, as well as a sunrise blessing by Buddhist Monks. Most of the audience arrived between midnight and 3 am and set up camp amongst the monuments and mausoleums in anticipation of the show.
