बॉम्बे आइस हलवा बनाने की विधि
मुंबई का मशहूर आइस हलवा नरम और स्वादिष्ट होता है
Ingredients (સામગ્રીઓ):
💦 1/2 cup maida flour (૧/૨ કપ મેંદાનો લોટ)
💦 1/2 cup ghee (૧/૨ કપ ઘી)
💦 1/2 cup milk (૧/૨ કપ દૂધ)
💦 1 cup sugar powder (૧ કપ ખાંડનો પાવડર)
💦 3 teaspoons milk (3 નાની ચમચી દૂધ)
💦 Saffron as needed (જરૂરિયાત પ્રમાણે કેસર)
💦 2 teaspoons cardamom powder (૨ નાની ચમચી ઇલાયચીનો પાવડર)
💦 2 tablespoons almond slice (૨ મોટી ચમચી બદામની કતરન)
💦 2 tablespoons pistachios slice (૨ મોટી ચમચી પિસ્તાની કતરન)
💦 3 teaspoons ghee (for parchment paper) (3 નાની ચમચી ઘી (પાર્ચમેન્ટ પેપર માટે))
💦 2 Parchment Paper (Size: 24" x 15") (૨ પાર્ચમેન્ટ પેપર (24" x 15"))
