I just memorize exactly where to go, also I haven't tried this, but if you drink the witches brew drink you go faster, so get it before you go into backrooms, but only drink it when you need to go faster

yes there is only limited amount of time you can spend there and you can't return there unless you restart the game. You need to memorize where to go....

yes you can definitely do it if I can do it! Something that can help - go buy that witch drink (green soda) and dont drink it until you get to backrooms, it makes you walk faster (maybe you can even have 2 or more in your inventory?? (cant remember)) and that will definitely help you :D

also there is another witch brew drink you can buy on the computer in the green key house, it lasts longer and makes you walk faster
