Honestly, I feel like miko is a red herring. It seems too easy.

I do now as well. I feel like she has powers but I don’t think she’s Bolypius. I just released a new theory about how she might have powers to stop bolypius.

While it's a cool theory, there's NO WAY Miko could be a glitch. For 1, she has parents and siblings within her family. 2, Miko was mentioned as "the subject" and how she could be the key to finding Bolypius, not be bolypius. While she's very hyper active and reckless, she has ADHD and is also a teenager. She may have messed up in the past, but that was on accident and there isn't much more evidence backing up that she's a glitch. Most of Mitch's reasons can easily be debunked and the gaming skills off the charts is pretty easy to explain. It's off HIS charts. He's never seen anything like it, so he thinks that's a reason for her to be a glitch, while it could just be she's REALLY good at games. It's proven a lot, and unless he provided more solid proof, his proof was faulty. Her ability to not be reset can also be explained, since reseting the mind revolves around the brain, and Miko hits her head MULTIPLE TIMES when being reset by the TV screen. She hit her head when the wave hit her, then she hit her head on the wall, and THEN on the floor. She banged up her head a lot while being reset, probably leading to a malfunction while being reset. And she's been able to retain that ability ever since. While it's a pretty good theory, I believe Bolypius is either a rouge Glitch Tech, or a Super Powerful Glitch who has access to the Hinobi game systems. That could be why they can't shut them down, because this Bolypius is in the way. Bolypius could even be the reason why these "glitches" manifest into the real world, which is why they formed the Glitch Techs to take down these glitches and make sure nobody remembers them, because it's from a evil within the Hinobi systems that's creating all of these problems. But of course, that's just a theory...

ExoTitan wow, that is quite a bit of evidence. And if I’m going to be completely honest I don’t even agree with this theory anymore, I have an updated theory that I recently released where I think Miko isn’t a glitch. But rather a person who has powers and abilities to stop Bolypius.

And Barbara (inspector 7) was actually acting suspicious.... You know how in cartoons the characters will laugh when they're nervous or lying? And always just how SHE sounded. Slightly forced, 3 quick laughs. She also slightly hinted at SOMETHING at the end of her monologue/dialogue AND when she was talking, it kinda sounded like she wanted to sound casual or doubtful..... But wasn't. Almost like she was hiding something.

I totally agree that inspector seven sounds suspicious! Like when she walked away saying “anything’s possible.” And if my latest glitch techs theory is true then she could be on Bolypius side.

Just a note tho, while i too thought that miko has human parents so shes probably human, i thought about the fact you can reset people, so there might just be a slight possibility she was handed to her mind wiped “parents” and raised as a human. I doubt its true but you know, just a thought

I just a thought on why Miko is immune to the memory wipes. What if Mayumi Kubota( Miko's Mom) is connected to Hinobi and the creation of Bolypius or at least possessing some knowledge of him, imprinting himself onto her daughter as a baby...that would be just awful if true😱😢!!

Id like to debunk one of mitch’s evidence. So he states that miko was “one of the only players to login remotely”. This is false because in episode one the announcer of tthe tournament clearly states that theyre waiting on their remote PLAYERS, as in multiple people, to login, and when miko joins they say “here comes one now”, implying theres more. Also if you just look at that scene, there are clearly more players in the tournament than the people on the actual stage. Now you could say its an animation thing and they didnt want to draw all the people, but think about it realistically. Could a stage that small fit as many players in flailing their arms around without hitting each other, i think not. Also as for mitch saying miko caused the glitch because five scored her ball, it was already shown that the game was glitching before five scored her ball, five scored mikos ball cause the game glitched and he couldnt retract his ball. Edit: as for his other accusation, its obvious hes twisting the truth to make her seem bad. Examples: she smashed the tutorial not cause shes a glitch but cause she got so pissed at it. Also she did not release that garbage glitch, five did. She befriended a modder cause its normal to be friendly to people, and in that episode it was about both of them being outcasted, but miko has friend support and ridley doesnt, so shes trying to be that support. She snuck her sister into hq to help her with her karate, not cause shes a glitch. She “assaulted” mitch because mitch was about to blast fives friend into oblivion cause he got that possession glitch. She didnt listen to orders cause shes miko, shes hyper and likes doing things her own way, plus glitch is beaten at the end so idk whats there to complain, mitch is just mad he has no authority over her i guess. As for breaking gauntlet, i forgot how she breaks it but in episode one when shes launched into the by the cat, the bottom of the gauntlet breaks off, so it wouldnt be a surprise if it breaks on the job. Also mitch made a big deal out of it, but in the same episode she breaks it, phil fixes it in like seconds so whats the problem? Also she recruited ridley, without knowing that ridley had alterior motives of wanting the gauntlet, she did it cause shes nice and thought ridley would make friends with other glitch techs. Plus mitch let ridley go without wiping her, HMMM SEEMS VERY GLITCH LIKE TO ME (i know hes not, just humor me). Also she didnt release the glitch either in episode one, pretty sure it was five who tackled and struggled with mitch, releasing the glitch. So no, almost none of mitches “evidence” checks out. The only thing he has going for him is that she doesnt reset. That all he has against her. Sure its a pretty big deal, but hes trying to make it sounds worse with everything else he says, which i guess is the point of it all.

I came up with this theory on my own and commented on it on another newer video and I feel so dumb having now found this one. I'm all in on this theory. Can't wait for season 3 :D

My theory is something similar to this, but it ties miko and bolypius more closely: they are both glitch/human hybrids, with miko embracing her human side, while bolypius rejecting it. Bolypius could be a human that got infected with a possessor glitch, but was able to mentally stay human. Interested in this, hirobi tech tested and experimented on him, making him despise humanity, and want to free all glitches from their programing and humanity, the 2 things that restrain glitches. How miko is part glitch? Don’t really know, but a cool idea would be that she’s bolypius’s descendant, so she got some of his abilities, like an immunity ti memory wipe. Anyway, that’s my theory. Like it?

I think the idea that Miko and Bolypius are related is awesome! It would also explain quite a few things. I thought that Miko was part glitch but I never thought Bolypius was part human. I’m surprised that a show were most of the episodes are fillers has so much mystery around it. It’s been awesome to see so many peoples glitch tech theories!

It mames sense because Miko can't be reset but Five can also be a glitch because yes he got his memory wiped but he then remembered which is weird if you get your memory wiped i definitely agree with your theory

I wonder if all people who are memory wiped can remember? If not than five does have some special abilities! I hope there is more evidence in season 3!

Pretty interresting althouth i think she could be more of a anti bolypius than anything concidering that inpsector nuber 7 called her a subject, prefured to her as the subject and her friend. It's sort of the reason why im nutrual on her being a glitch jsut not a bad one she could be the chocen one. Great video by the way👍

😂The more seasons we get, the more lore, mystery, and character development we get so I think the season will just get better and better!

if miko was bolypuis then she would've known about glitches. Or she would have not been having a sister, unless her whole famly is a glitch and they don't like gaming because it could help glitch techs track them down. I've got some proof on this theory from the 2 episode, when they mind wipe miko's parents they still remember miko was there, and Mitch showed us the controls and it had nothing it could do and they said nothing about them being there, so Miko could not be a glitch alone, but her and her entire family(except for maybe the dad and dog) together could be a glitch.

I personally doubt Miko is Bolypius nor is it impersonating a human given with what info we know about Season 3 such as with a couple character designs for Bolypius plus with a storyboard for the Bolypius episode showing Mitch, Zahra, Five and Ridley ready to face off against what appears to be one of Bolypius's forms and along with the classified section of the Glitch Techs Manual for Season 3 with I presume is Miko and Five battling presuming is Bolypius for the page on the episode. We know Dan Milano said on Discord that Bolypius is a very elusive and old glitch that has gotten smarter over the years plus given the leaked character designs for Bolypius does give the idea that it can shapeshift between different forms, but since this is planned for a hopeful 3rd season and we know the series will have a story arc has led me to believe this encounter with Bolypius will not be the last time they fight it.

Epic! I personally don’t believe that Miko is Bolypius anymore. There was a leaked clip (not sure if it was real or not) where they’re looking at old games and one of them is called Bolypius chess. One of my theories is that Bolypius is a chess glitch which would explain why he’s so smart.

@@RandomTheories680 Yea that was in the 4 minute animatic for the unreleased Season 3 episode called Mobs And Minions where Zahra I think mentions the game, perhaps indeed that Bolypius was based off the AI for the Bolypius Chess game that became self aware and managed to evade Hinobi for decades?

I like the vids but there is one thing I’d like to clear up. Bolypius is based on Polybius in real life and Polybius was a set of arcade machines that were rumored to exist in certain locations put there by government agents and monitored to monitor how players reacted to the game. The game itself doesn’t exist, but it is was rumored to have subliminal messages in it that either compelled players to do something or kill themselves. How this can connect to Glitch Techs is that Bolypius could be a human impersonator or an extra rare glitch that is actually dangerous to the world at large due to its mysterious nature or lasting effects it has on the humans that might even be immune to resets even with the glitch itself nowhere in sight. Miko might be the key to finding it due to her not resetting and thus making her encounter with the glitch causing it to short circuit because it’s programming isn’t compatible at all with Miko.

We have only theory's at the moment so it could turn out that this glitch isn't aware or has forgotten it is a glitch. Mabey it's not bad in the tradition sense but bad in the eyes of hinobi?

Quite possibly, it’s also possible that there’s no secret glitch at all, but we won’t know until season 3 (or later).

Polybius was reputed to hide in the minds of it's victims controlling them as extensions of itself. The best comparison in my opinion would be the markers from Dead Space, capable of planting a "psychic seed" in the minds of it's host.

What I believe is that psionic abilities (psychic powers) such as memory alteration and mental manipulation are the main weapon used by Bolypius when interacting with humans. But I imagine that this is but a small part of the terrifying arsenal he has at his disposal .

I thing that bolypius is hi 5 fathers is bolypius cause he made lots of games and he can hack which got him in jail and they want him to hack they gauntlets riley released all the multiple glitches and she hacked their gauntlets
