Hello again, I find a pinch of bicarbonate of soda used with superglue helps with the strength of the connection between the metal points, also I use blu-tack to stand the wheels up straight then I throw in the gun carriage and glue from the outside axel point, hope this helps anyone out there.

Thanks for posting this. It really helped me in assembling mine. One trick I found for getting the wheels aligned, put a bit of superglue in the hole in the wheel and a drop of accelerator on the axle, then assemble. As others have said, the extra "valve" goes on the opposite side of the gun. They are elevation and traverse wheels and are more horizontally aligned than you have yours.

The extra dial goes against the carriage under the sight. Search for "Blitzkrieg German 75mm LeiG 18 light artillery (1939-42)" on warlord games and you can see some pics.

basic miniature painting thanks. Yeah I think it would fair better in plastic for sure

I’ve watched a couple of unboxing videos, thinking about maybe starting with bolt action. Why are some parts in metal and others in plastic?

That's just the way they make the kits to be customizable for different options when they make the parts for the kits.
