So I discovered this place through a friend. I read about the place and the chef & found out that the owner/chef has catered to Bollywood and cricket celebrities. When I reached the restaurant I saw a big banner with all the images of stars that Sweety singh ji has worked with. He was very cordial and welcoming. When I asked for the specialties, he said our Amritsari meat, Butter Chicken, Saag Meat, Bhatti Ka Murg and Amritsari Fish is hotselling. I ordered all of them to try. Pricing is on higher side however the quality is rest assured. The place is open everyday except for Tuesdays at Lunch and Dinner time. Kitchen seemed clean. The staff was well trained to match up the taste of Sweety Singh dishes. I met his son who is also a chef and passionate of Indian Cooking. Check out my reaction to this lovely place.

The word splash can only be used for something which is in liquid form, for cilantro you can say a "dash" of cilantro or coriander. And the meaning of bland is tasteless you cannot use this term for the things you find tasty. And the term fragrance is always used in the case of perfumes , flowers and love in the case of poetry, can't be used in the case of food . You cn use terms like aroma and fumes as far as food is concerned. I rly like you as a food blogger. You're a detail oriented person I rly like that. M a chef too..

He said "bland khaane se toh baat hi nahi bani humari" sunn toh lo didi. and fyi fragrance means "a pleasant smell", it can be referred to anything be it flowers or food.

Chef Sweety Singh's father was a legend. At Asaf Ali Road, he had a dhaba post partition and in his later years with zero eyesight he could make the bestest punjabi dishes people swear by. His "baingan ka bhartha" is a legend big chefs like Ranveer Brar swear by. Sweaty Singh has been working in top restaurants and thanks Shoaib for enlightening me on his latest venture. I am going to Delhi 2 very soon. -makkar
