After she found out he was a Spencer she started dancing in her underwear in front of him and flirting with him telling Hope, "I'm going to get a Spencer" referring to Hope's boyfriend at the time. She did it to bother Hope, but she was still aiming for him but was still trying to get with Bill. She just became more aggressive after he supposedly saved her from drowning.

watching these episodes to refresh the memory...in retrospect it's understandable why Liam let Steffy go. I am a firm believer that he eventually chose Hope to get over the betrayal and also because he could see in Hope someone with higher values and morals than Steffy who would have never betrayed him. However over the years he kept running back to Steffy at any minor issue with Hope and the SECOND Hope did the same thing by kissing Thomas behind his back, he IMMEDIATELY walked away and regretted leaving Steffy

Like you said, he chose Hope cause he believed that Hope would never hurt him like Steffy hurt him. But Liam never really noticed how many times hes hurt Hope. Like she said "Years of betrayal". He used Hope as a band-aid to try to get over Steffy but he never stopped loving her. Thats why he always went back to her and thats why after one betrayal from Hope, walked away from Hope to pursue Steffy again. I dont think he ever truly loved Hope, atleast not like he did Steffy

With all the scheming Bill did to keep Hope & Liam apart; IF......Brooke was to be made aware of that....she would HATE Bill all over again!! As far as Taylor not doing anything wrong? Puh-LEEZ!! She was just much more subtle than Brooke. Ever since Taylor landed in Beverly Hills and started counseling Ridge through his grief over losing Caroline(Joanna Johnson, NOT Linsey Godfrey), Taylor set her sights on Ridge and, used her "skills" as a shrink to land him!! She DUMPED Storm Logan like yesterday's trash.....got close to Stephanie and....got to work!!

Y'see, that's why I'm not worried about Liam and Hope's marriage falling apart in the current B&B episodes. Just like Liam was angry with Steffy and Bill back then, he's angry with Hope now. But what Steffy did with Bill was a WHOLE LOT WORSE than what Hope has done(kissed Thomas Forrester while they were in Rome). Back when Steffy and Bill betrayed him, Liam SWORE that he would NEVER FORGIVE them but eventually, he FORGAVE them. He'll eventually FORGIVE Hope too. It's just gonna take Liam some time to get over his anger because it's still fresh right now. KUDOS to Emmy Award winning actor, Scott Clifton! Gosh, he does such an AMAZING job playing ANGER scenes!

I dont think Liam is going back to Hope. Hope asked him for forgiveness one more time and he said no. And Liam had been telling everyone that will listen that the biggest mistake of his life was letting Steffy go. He wants Steffy back and Hope is hooking up with Thomas. Liam and Hope is done. What Steffy did was horrible but the difference with Hope was she chose Thomas. Steffy was hurt and needed someone to comfort her and Bill just happened to be there. Hope wanted Thomas. She chose him. She fell for him while she was still married to Liam. Thats what make Hope did a little worse and why Liam can't forgive her

@@DeMarcusFountain-sv6fi That’s exactly what I was thinking. Steffy made a mistake but she didn’t seek Bill out, and she was hurting because Liam betrayed her. There was nothing wrong with Hope and Liam’s marriage and yet she kissed Thomas, after how many weeks or months of fantasising about him? I’d say that’s harder to forgive because Steffy didn’t want Bill, but Hope does want Thomas.

@ejslav Exactly. Hope was fantasizing about Thomas for months and constantly gaslighting Liam when he questioned her about it. The last time she slept with Liam, she was thinking about Thomas. Infidelity starts in the mind and Hope was already checked out of her marriage. She just needed an excuse to act on her desire and the trip to Rome was her excuse. And then when Liam asked for the divorce, Hope didnt hesitate to fully act on her desire and lust for Thomas. Thats why Liam has no desire to go back

Steffy, and Liam shouldn't have ever started. They only got together because Steffy wanted him, and broke into his hotel room when he was marrying Hope. She became pregnant but the baby is actually Bill's. Liam deserves an Emmy for acting the way he did, and for comfronting his father. Bill is to blame for sleeping with Steffy but Steffy is just as guilty for letting it happen. Saying I'm sorry is not going to help it. Hope is the only woman Liam is in love with always.

To get even with Liam Steffy confindes in Bill, and they ended up under the sheets. It is Bill's baby.

Best storyline

Sister stand up. STAND UP! I’m sorry but Liam leaving her on the floor like THAT pregnant with his child and basically saying he doesn’t care about that child anymore was very 😒… First off I’ve gotta say the acting was top notch in these scenes however, Liam as a character could never make me feel sorry for him reason being that throughout their entire relationship Steffy has coddled that man’s emotional indecisiveness. Every transgression on his behalf she’s overlocked, understood, and forgiven. He holds these ideologies and standards for everyone else, but doesn’t do the same for himself which is very hypocritical of him.

Steffy and Bill are to blame. She slept with her husband's father. That hurt Liam to his soul. What made it worse was that she tried to hide it when Liam was 100% honest with steffy about him and Sally. A kiss out of desperation and sleeping with your father-in-law are two different actions. Mistakes happen but there are things you do and dont do.
