Very effective. Really like this technique.

Great video. I've always loved this technique and have been working on it myself but I still have work to do. I love your use of rich dark colors. I don't often see that. Also, the little flowers out of the scallop punch turned out cute as could be. Thanks for the ideas!

Hi Deborah - I do believe that's what I used. Any scallop circle will work. I love these flowers. Must make some again soon lol!
