I was taught that when you twist the cutter it inhibits the rise. Grandmama was known for her mile high biscuits. She’d make 4 doz every weekend. Big family. 😂

These look delicious! I’m down the road from Bo’ Jangles and never tried these. Small tip: try to get as many biscuits out of your first press before you have to fold the dough. The first cut comes out looking the best. Start from the edge and cut right next to one another.
