I legitimately changed the watch end credits option on my netflix just so I could sit and listen. It's one of the few shows where the music is so perfectly matched with such powerful moments that you just have to sit there, and feel.

They really know how to capture feelings, panic attacks, being treated like an ass by someone you look up to, being super loved but naive, awkwardness, depression, cycles that we repeat in life, death and so much more in this show. Even the expressions, thoughts and subtle movements of how the character is feeling is so noticeable, like how PC was slightly embarrassed when she told Bojack about her future granddaughter by pulling the covers up over herself more and her mood falling. The cut to the endings really made you feel good or like shit in the end which is great in the show. My favorite part about it is that it even though all the shitty things Bojack does or gets into, theres always something new or a better opportunity down the line for him and even then that could be fucked up by him but, it always kept going through the hard parts even with the drugs and somehow finding something good again later on. Saying, even if you fuck up, you still can keep going or find something new to do.
I like how as the show progressed, the ending got more and more muted in a way. And sometimes it was distorted. All of the songs throughout this were perfect and amazing.

I'm Vietnamese American AND from the (sometimes) great state of North Carolina, so the outros of both "The Dog Days Are Over" and "The Amelia Earheart Story" are very special to me.
14:53 I always taught this episode was a flashback from the future and for the first time today just connected that it wasn't and the "future" was made up by princess Caroline wow Maybe everyone figured out this before but this makes this episode alot more depressing honestly cause I always taught it was kind of hopeful but damn just got hit in the gut with that realization

Fish out of the water ending hits me hard everytime This show hit me harder everytime I use to cry at the end of every season I miss the existencial crisis every episode
I ahve just come to the realisation that when "Come closer" is playing the camera zooms out and BoJack is once again alone and sorta disconnected , whilst the song talks about kissing and well not being lonely
This show...it..it it’s different in every way...the way it makes you feel...the depression you get..and after you watch it all over again it hurts even more...and one day bojack will die and watch his life all over again in a blink of a eye...and knowing what happens will hurt even more
My biggest regret with watching bojack for the first time is that I didn't get to just sit and listen to these ending songs cause every time i'd try netflix would just start the next episode lol but i really enjoy listening to them now. They are all really well picked for the scenes and watching this video is just reminding me of how brilliant bojack is.
God I love the piano in Sea of Dreams. Such a good song.

I shouldn't have done this to myself. Relived the seasons like this.
2:10 Hearing this song begin playing at the end of this episode on my 3rd rewatch of the show after seeing all that had happened breaks my heart, it's so hopeful and bright and i imagine on first viewing that's what it's supposed to bring, hope, but now it just brings a longing feeling, of a world where things could have turned out as well as this song would lead one to anticipate For this reason, s1e12 and s4e12's credits and respective songs have the biggest effect on me, they show what was hope in blindness to a painful and dark fate, the blissful ignorance of how painful things were yet to come, i absolutely love and loathe it, and I feel so much for both of them
Damn they go all out in season 5
You can feel good about your self now “Was never the point” “Sure it wasn’t”

OHMYGOD. THANK YOU SO FREAKING MUCH
I feel like "That's Too Much Man!" has the best example of a cut to credits than any other episode. SPOILERS FOR THAT EPISODE BELOW Bojack just gave a speech to Sarah Lynn, which she didn't respond to. He says her two times, the second time turning the screen black. Then? The credits. The credits about Horsin' Around. The show that scarred Sarah Lynn, as well as it did Bojack. It was their beginning, and also their end.

It's vietnamese ^^
When Bojack was taking to Hollyhock he sounded really broken up about it, like he was convinced he wouldn't be able to be a part of her life anymore. It's the one time we've ever seen Bojack at his most vulnerable. He's desperate to do something nice, not making excuses or getting defensive, just terrified to be in someone's life. I think that's why this character means so much to people, it doesn't matter if your a kid with eight dads or an alcoholic who's been traumatized and has traumatized others. A fear of being alone is universily appealing.
Omg, thanks
