2 tbsp butter
3 Tbls oil
2 medium sized chopped onion
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
8 to 10 chopped garlic
Green chilly paste
Green chutney
½ tsp turmeric powder
Salt to taste
½ tsp garam masala
Water as required
Fresh chopped coriander
