Ingredients For Pattarveliya:
Patra Leaves- 15-16
Besan-150g
Tamarind-20g
Jaggery-40g
Red Chilly powder-2 tsp
Coriander Powder-1 & 1/2 tsp
Turmeric Powder- 1 tsp
Chopped Coriander-1/2 cup
Ginger-garlic Paste-2 tsp
Ingredients for Bhuna Gosht:
Lamb meat-1 kg
Ginger-garlic paste-2 tsp
Chopped onion-350g
chopped tomatoes-2 large
Red chilly powder-2 tsp
Coriander Powder-2 tsp
Turmeric powder-1 tsp
1 cinnamon stick
4-5 cloves
Black pepper-7-8 cloves
1 Bay leaves
1 Chakli phool
Curd-150g
oil-4-5 tbsp
salt to taste.
