I know it's just an animation, i also know being overweight Is not good, but just wanted to say that going fat to slim is not only way to look pretty.. hehe

I am 178, it's, They make its super easy to lose that weight, it's been up and down for me! Thanks to my keto diet, I maintained the same weight range for years! I know this is just animation, but wow! Anyone else here has tried losing weight/ Weight problems!

Try loosing carbs specifically...and wow at this point, I realized I'm going to advice you the same method that helped you! and for the same reason too! (for maintaning!☺️) God is so good to us. What I did, I did low carb diet from 80 I turned 60+ and tried keto and been maintaining, crazy that I eat more than I used to! With low carb diet, I was undereating but I stopped when I knew it will affect my hair (and skin?)

Losing weight is that easy
being too heavy is dangerous for people's health as well. it's not just for beauty. don't change who you are for someone esle, change it for your health
Weight loss/weight gain, dry hair/hair loss, acne prone skin/wrinkles/ blemishes. Everyone is facing some sort of backlash from society. This is just a simple ASMR. They not targeting anybody. Stop making everything about something. That's why we live in this messed up society. Brain we love you ASMR keep doing a good job.

It's ok to have fat on your body, just not to the point it's affecting your health.

Animations like this are incredibly damaging to young girls and women. Your video makes it seem like the only way to be accepted is to lose weight and conform to societies view of what beauty is. Please rethink your titles to something that reinforces positivity and not negative outdated ideas

I'm a fat person myself but I have to admit losing weight will help us avoid health risks including cardiovascular disease, diabetes... Being fat is far from good

Sure, because it's the truth and reality of everyday life. They are right, who would want to look at such fat and unkempt filth??? Its normal have 80-90kg, ok...Its curvy, fine...but 120 Is sooooo much.
