I noticed an inconsistency in the Beginning as well guys but I think they likely switched the npc out for Bogman for story’s sake, which makes sense due to the npc disappearing in the next clip with cj being removed from the car and racial slurs referring to the driver as a Mexican. tbh I don't think this is the same guy in all these cutscenes. in game we see many duplicate character models. I know he's not present as a pedestrian but that doesn't necessarily mean it's the same guy. in credits the voice actor is listed to give voice to Bogman which refers to that particular scene only. not sure if there are any other voice lines of him.

I think the bogman Cutscene guy is just a regular dude... nothing else... which is why he appears in multiple places like the taxi or at jizzy or at burger shot

I am making a San Andreas prequel. The main character is someone affected by the drug and gang culture,but not remotely connected to the main Character and supporting cast. Sort of like Arthur Morgan in RD2. More focused on the Organized crime syndicates around the state.
