I think the laughing might be real, they may have not told the host what the voices were going to be, so it still had some shock value to him; there may have been a bit of improv involved, but I forget what I read about it. Just like actors break character and laugh at written jokes we see in bloopers. But it's not a real life event.

Los Illuminados​​​​ First the pastor stopped to stare at my friend obviously surprised which had her calm down for a little while. Some people noticed it and started doing what seemed to be badmouthing about the thing. But as soon as the pastor picked up again, a drop streamed over her cheek because she was literally per se in stitches. First it came without any noise which made the whole situation even harder to handle but then she started giggling. She did not properly burst out laughing loudly but her giggles could be heard by dozens of people attending the ceremony. That was terrible but at the same time so funny. The fact that she remembered having talked about a very sloppy joke with the deceased before laughing hadn't proved helpful for sure. She ended up leaving the main ceremony and putting herself away for a bit of a moment to avoid destroying the whole funeral. xD She couldn't help at all.

The host was in on the prank, but didn't know how the guy was going to sound. That's why his laughter is so authentic.

A friend showed me this video the other day and I fell out laughing my a$$ off. Not because of the seriousness of what the subject matter was but the host uncontrol able laughter. I was in a restaurant a long time ago and there was this fellow at a table of people who got so tickled that he went into a crying knee slapping laughter. I didn''t even know why he was doing it but it wasn't long before me and others started laughing too. I think that in general, most people's lives are always so serious and stressed that when you get the chance to laugh, it makes you feel better. No you shouldn't laugh at others misfortune but I think that most people who laugh at this video are laughing more at the host than anything else.

The guy is still an excellent actor here in Belgium and created many more excellent sketches like the Boemerang one.

I laughed the ENTIRE time. I’m so sorry and I felt his pain. In my younger days of counseling this was my biggest and I may or may not have slipped up a few times without my clients noticing

I was in cadets as a kid and one of the kids said in such a passionate and serious manner “don’t laugh at me!”. Pressed his fist on his chest and everything. The entire squad tried really hard not to laugh, but the minute that one person cracked. It was like a domino effect, we all started to laugh. The poor kid had tears in his eyes and our commanding officer told him to wash his face.

I haven’t laughed this hard in so long thank you. Back in school and your friend or something and you’re not allowed to laugh but that makes it more funnier.

Classic video right here. First saw this when I was 12 in january 2006 on ebaums, before it was on KZread. That version was even without subtitles (and cut off before the guy with the deep voice), so I had no context of what was going on. Just the video and that high voice and his laugh made me laugh too. Really thought it was real back then. Was only later when it appeared on KZread with subtitles I understand it and did research and found out it was actually a sketch. Still a really funny video today.

it is easy if you simply place yourself in that situation. Imagine you would have damaged vocal cords and you go to a show to talk about your problems and you just get laughed at by the caster. i found this video funny for exactly 3 seconds and than i put myself in his situation and i found the caster disgusting at this point.

@@dijango0015 Then you have to congratulate the actors, both the one who played the caster and the one who played the damaged guy, as they both were rather convencing. And also the extras who played the audience for they all managed to hold their laughter, which, by the way, would never happen in real life (Yes, it is a sketch!).

In some situations this is definitely true. When i was in a school tour to another city in my country during the 80's, our teacher said before we entered to a big church: If somebody think they cant quiet inside the church, just remain outside! We decided to stay outside, because we was laughing a lot. Suddenly the teacher said: Why you waiting here let's go inside the church! After that we cant control ourselves but it could be a big shame the laugh on anything inside the church, and i remember it was a BIG PAIN to hold back the laughing for an hour. In the video it is a serious medical issues but similar feeling when you want to control yourself. Sad but true.
