Boeing 777-300ER high power engine run
Автокөліктер мен көлік құралдары
After engine start, the party starts at 01:00. Watch the whole thing shake and rattle as the twin GE-90-115B's are being run on high power. Spool ups at 02:00, 03:35, 04:00 with some ups and downs in between up till the end of the video. 03:11 engine intake vortex close up. Pure music.

Such extreme power!! Notice the horizontal stabilisers being buffeted!! GE90's are the ultimate engine!!
That vortex in front of engine was beautiful pure power

That is the Sexiest sound ever. We got fuel and air so lets ignite it. I love the way a gas turbine engine sounds.

Can you believe that ONE of these engines has twice as much power as all 56 boilers on the titanic , 1 of the 777 ,sengines has the equivalent of 110,000 horsepower

general electric actually said on its website that it has the equivalent of 145,000hp each. they've taken that page down though, so I'm not sure of the validity of their stat

Actually 126,000lb of thrust at testing was easily achieved and sustained, (which is what they look for) and that was the GE90. Not sure of the conversion to hp. And it would be sHP..not bhp...(shaft hp) Over 120,000lb thrust. See kzread.info/dash/bejne/Z6ygscSdiKmehqg.html

As Robbae said, GE Aviation's website did, at one point, state that the GE90-115B produces the equivalent of 145,000 hp! It holds the jet engine thrust record at 127,900 lbs (58015 kg) of force!!
Those engines are so big that it’s funny looking! Love the 777!!!
These engines are huge! They’re one of the largest jet engines ever produced. 5 minutes of pure power.
A GE90-115 holds the record for being the most powerful jet engine ever, at 132,500 lb thrust!
That sweet humming sound! B777s ROCK!

This sound is 24/7 in my mind, spend hours and hours on these golliath GE90.
Wow love it !!!! I recently flew for the first time.I been watching you tube videos one month before my flight and as of now still watching!!!
The sound of the engine, its just like music to my ears. Big thanks for sharing!!!
Ive heard those Engine Run ups at LAX, the sound is just amazing!!!!
That sound is awesome. Intimidating!
Gotta be such a joy to fly one of this thing right~ It gives you the feeling of flying like those old 747 and 707~
All big bird wanted to do was go to her natural home... 41,000 feet and purr. Flying transatlantic in a 777-200 at that altitude...my drink barely rippled, had a really good sleep too.
Great capture! They sound fantastic!

woow spectular sound, awesome footage !!!!
i love soooooo much the sound that airplaine makes
Pure music, indeed. :)
Just eargasmed! Look at those horizontal stabilisers wow
Hats off to the servicemen and engineers who withstand the deafening sound of the aircraft under a test.
Amazing video !!!
Great footage.
Dam it, bloody hell!! Now that is the sound of controlled Power!!
Nice Video mate :) I subbed
Love that scream sounds good
i love this air plane it is just a great air plane all around
great catch!
sounds like siren big and beautiful B777and his engine
Love to hear how those 115bs accelerate don't know if the 777X ge9x engines may be quieter than the 115bs but the 115b has the highest thrust volume in terms of performance so later on when the 777X rolls out hope that the ge9x engines would have the similar comparison.
i can see the horizontal stabilizers bouncing up and down from the jet blast. and when she starts shaking and rattling that's her way of telling you "release the brakes i want to fly"
wow amazing tank you really enjoined watching it
Oh my! Great video. Was waiting for the nose to go up and sit back on the APU! LOL At 3:43 & 4:15, their sounds came together like the theme music to a US TV show, the title of which is escaping me at the moment. Thanks for sharing! Is there a similar RR-T1000 vid by chance!?!
Just flown 3 Routes on August 22 in the emirates 777-300er... booked windowseats right in Front of the wings with view ok those GE90.... damn what an special Sound. And that Start up.... boy.... Flown on the A380 the same day, it was not half as cool as the pure Power of the GE90
Super videos. Subbed :)
4:10 I Love those vortices!
My ears feel like in heaven 😍
Very good and best Video. 👍👍👍👍👍

Nice vid👍
that plane should be straight up in the sky with this engine power.
Absolute music to ones ears.

Yowza! What an engine!

Sound! Like! Siren
I’d like to be near one of those 777 when it takes off, with some ear protection of course
That is POWER.
Love 777 !!!

+Average Alien unfortunately, the 737 fuselage is just 3% larger than the GE90. However, a -115B can easily fit the fuselage of a Concorde with plenty of room to spare. The Concorde had a fuselage width of 9 ft and 5 inches, about 2.87 meters. The GE90-115B has a fan blade diameter of 10 feet and 8 inches, or 3.25 meters wide. That means the GE90-115B is more than a whole foot wider than a Concorde fuselage :)

Hmm... A small vortex always reach the inlet from bottom. Maybe ground shielded this side and the air pressure strongly decreases there.
What I was always wondering is how far a human being could go towards the front of the engine while spinning (in various paces) without getting sucked into them. Any ideas? Thanks :)
Not only the small vortex, also notice how the stabilizers are shaking!!
