You don't pass or fail fst's. They measure " balance, coordination, ability to follow instructions, behavior, and other physiological responses". There is no pass or fail. I don't know why people believe this pass/fail nonsense.

Wisconsin has the most lenient drunk driving laws in the United States. It makes sense most drunk driving videos would be there.

There was a clip of a man getting the sobriety test and repeated the alphabet backwards flawlessly and could jump up and click his boot heels together w/o falling over. The officer was impressed and asked how he could do that so well. The man's reply "Cuz I'm drunk"

But they suspend your license for a year in my state if you refuse test. I know a guy who beat the charge because they didn't get blood draw done within the required two hours, after judge issued search warrant, but DMV wants him to get blow and go in vehicle before he gets his license back. He beat the police but the state still winds because he was over limit. So he doesn't drive anymore.😂

I wonder what the accused thinks the next day when they sober up and they watch the video of themselves acting the way they did during the arrest.

I have no sympathy for someone driving junk. I just stepped out of a car when I was 16. Could not get my cousin to get out. The driver was drunk. Moments later he hit a tree tearing the car in half. My cousin died driver survived. Got three yrs in prison. We got a lifetime of hurt. He was 15.

I've been around a lot in my life people from Wisconsin tend to be power drinkers

They have to prove impairment or log refusal, just a legal way to cover their own butt because technically someone could say they drank a case of beer but really be sober as a top hat and not touched a beer in 20 years and if they take them to jail for DUI when they're not they could turn around and sue.
