Great video guys!
Hunter labrada does progressive overload using a pull push arms legs split.with bloody heavy weights too.seems well thought out.thanks for the discussion.😎😤💪👊
something very interesting would be to periodize the training... first PPL and after having gained a lot of strength and size separate more... and more the Split until there is a specific day dedicated to the arms and giving them priority, another day to the shoulders, etc... would be ideal?
guess i have to give DC rows a try
@team troponin for arms and shoulders high volume work and for reps ? High reps?
Eat a lot, a lot☝️And Train youre fucking Ass off.💪💪💪💯
Hey guys. Love the podcast but can't hear anything. Maybe look at different microphones? Thanks

We're using blue yeti podcast mics, but I agree that the sound isn't good here. We'll work on it
For example, Dorian Yates had a noticeable imbalance of shoulders and arms in relation to the other parts of his body, because he did not dedicate a specific day to his arms or only to his shoulders... It could have improved if he did a five-day split frequently. one like his other contenders????
Best thing for mass if you are not on roids is to lift as heavier as you can. Do two weeks super heavy low rebs then third week you life super light high reps. Only thing is on the third week your ego will be dented, especially as you only bench the bar
