I know its been a while since this video was uploaded but in the beginning this all felt like useless to me and now I m going through all these financial and family problems. Now I understand that its not just lifting that iron...its the consistency..doing same thing over and over even when life goes on and on and times are tough.That dedication in those tough times is what makes great bodybuilders because even "Mr. Olympia had to start from somewhere."
