yes just for POVS, you can use the youtube quality settings to manipulate the speed on a computer thats mainly why i do it

i do that with all pov raw footage, if your on a computer you can use the youtube quality settings to manipulate the speed of the video

if your watching on a computer you can click the quality settings and speed it up by 2x, it then plays at 60 fps and will also allow you to slow it down even more, you just need to click the quality settings icon very useful tool
