    Dear sir, a day before yesterday i found your video on yoy tube during searching for diabetes. I am continuously watching all your videos since then.     Dr. Tripathi, aapke samjhane ke tareeke se mujhe Shakespeare ki ek quote ki yaad aati hai. According to him successful insaan who hai jo ek six year old ko samjhane mein kamyab hai. I personally think aap mere jaise jaanbujh ke samajhana nahin chaahta ùske ander bhi ek interest jagaa diya.     I am endomorph, I prefer surynamskar as cardio and hiit twice, bodyweight exercises twice & yoga for flexibility twice, I do 16/8 pattern my HB1C came to 5.9 from 6.2

    I trained upto green Belt Karate at 55 & usedto run on tread mill push ups sit ups & abdominals train for 2 hours twice a weak but my round abdomen never changed although hardened & being Hypothyroidic it helped me stop BP. medicine.

    Very nice, but can you do a specific for women in different age groups where we really don't go to gym? Now a lot of gyms are closed and we need to do something at home - women have different issues like hormones impacting the weight and shape and we can change from ecto to meso to endo during the years of 25 - 65. Most women gain weight after childbirth & menopause, so if you can address them, it would be great.

    If you start following bad life style with stress, no exercise, high carb diet, it will definitely come back. Still, if you followed reversal process for 2 to 3 yrs depending on how old diabetes was, chances of getting back suger is less likely.
