I think part of the reason Iced Lemon Poundcake smells so good despite the mix of citrus and gourmaund is because the lemon note smells more like lemon zest, rather than the juice itself. The lemon juice scent is typically used in a ton household cleaners (like lysol), whereas the the zest is used more often in baking. I find zest a lot milder as opposed to the tangy/sour scent of the juice.

Iced lemon pound cake is a 99% dupe of akro bake! I have both & layer them - to die for. I despised Devotion and did not smell gourmand lemon at alllll - but akro bake is spot on.

Miami nectar to me has a woody or maybe Ambroxan dry down which makes it smell expensive

Calypso clementine really reminds me of a mix of atelier orange sanguine and clementine california which aren't sold in the US anymore :(

I’ve found really good smelling lotions and body washes from ginger spice to pineapple, orange, rose, etc. And the bottles are twice if not 4 times the 8 ounces at BBW. I wanted Miami Nectar but I have meet me in Miami- I didn’t like it at first but like it now When did the VS nectar come out? I’m surprised Wild Neroli smells more musky beachy to me than neroli. Do you like that one? I love calypso clementine!!

Calypso clementine is waaay better than in2u longevity and sileage wise. I sprayed three-four pumps at 8 am and I got a compliment past lunch time. in2u is softer and more feminine though

Ksenja do you know any good dupe for Miss Dior the parfum ? I tried it my last vacation and loved it but didn’t pull the trigger because the miss Dior range doesn’t have good longevity so spending 145 dollars for a perfume was too much.

HOS Hufflepuff is more airy & creamy because of the coconut addition. It’s beautiful & my favorite of the 3.

Lira is good but it doesn't last

I really hate when frangrance hauses use citrus with creamy/milky scents; they always wind up smelling like sour spoiled spit up milk. the cotton candy fragrance that comes to mind is Pink Sugar and...I wanted to love it but it smells like cheap stripper to me (I'm sorry, idk how else to describe it)

I'm sure it's just me but I swear allll the perfume channels I'm subscribed to have been doing nothing but dupe videos & layering videos & when these topics became popular or I started noticing them, I just wasn't interested but now it's taking over the fragrance KZread community. I feel like as far as dupes I've never smelled a body mist that smells like a perfume. But I always think body mists smell like diet perfume. and perfume dupes literally smell like perfume dupes. Id just always rather wait for it to hit discount sites. And yes I've tried dozens of body mists from BBW.

i also hated devotion. i do not know what everyone else is smelling but to me it smells like 4711
