Nuggets 1. Know thyself 2. Spiritual alignment+ physical attraction 3. Change takes time and discipline4. Man know thyself 5. Woman know thyself6. The place of the spirit of God CANNOT be overemphasised in relationships. It brings order, alacrity and certainty when you are still to hear God's voice expressly.7. You cannot be a baby boy/baby geh forever, grow up.8. Every environment has a spirit; choose yours.9. There's a rising challenge on the availability of the right one due to so many conflicting issues. One of which is not knowing yourself and your environment enough to know where to look for that One. I could go on, but I think this video was apt and precise.More grace.

This is great and I dare say refreshing.i got sick and tired of all those "real talk" shows where people say unedifing and unintelligent things in the name of "real talk". Big thumbs up to the producers!🖒👏👏

I can totally relate to what Ladipoe & Martins said about knowing yourself. As a lady, its a principle i have applied to myself right from a very young age and it has helped me to filter soooo oh soo many people out of my life. However, people who aren't sound enough or do not understand this think I'm unnecessarily "secluded" as a person/individual. Nice talk guys! Way to go!!

identification!! so true. a lot of persons go into marriage still finding themselves which can quickly become a thorn in a relationship. personality clashes and what not. having the same spiritual values go a long way in keeping you guys together. cos Christ is the head of the church and you look to him for direction especially where small irritations becomes big problems. it would b a case of "what will Jesus say or do in this situation." lol. still everything comes together Mental, physical and spiritual connection, having them balance themselves out will keep parties involved focused and happy.

So I know you guys are doing a great job 🤗but I have to say something, First of all the topic of this discussion should have been spirit, mind and body not body first. Attraction brings you to somebody attraction makes you speak to somebody but doesn't make you date them automatically, you understand? you must give it some time. Again this something that we Christians must understand, we cannot keep separating spirit, soul and body and speaking about them as if they are individuals of themselves, these are compartments of our being that are costantly influenced by the other. so if you let your soul/mind influence your body, you will be very canal about your decisions, but body if you let your spirit influence your body it would renew your kind of Attraction. Lets take for instance, if naturally I was a kind of person who likes good looking people, when I left my spirit influence my body a little more good-looking will not be enough you'll be fine but i am looking for more than ur face, what next? so that's my take from a female point of view. And also we should learn to trust God to give us what we like in a package that we will like cos he created us and he knows us in and out ✌
