Hey Bud, I’m here to set a one of your facts straight : When he was 13 years old, Burke's foster father died in a car crash-he lost control of the car when he turned around to hit Burke, who was riding in the back seat. The deceased man's widow, who was in the car as well but survived, blamed Burke for the accident and gave him regular severe beatings and repeatedly sexually abused him, on a daily basis, until he was taken back into care. 👍👍👍👍👍

I disagree. He got the facts totally wrong on this one. He said Katz was killed because of the heist and that Jimmy kept goods from the heist at Katz's warehouse. Katz was murdered 9 years before the heist. And the thing that drove me nuts about this video. He pronounced "gent" with a hard "g". It should be pronounced with a "j". Small picky thing know, but it just adds to not being credible.

That was one of his Foster Fathers who hit him while driving. Jimmy's real sir name was Conway. He acquired the sir name of Burke out of respect for the adoptive parents who did not abuse him. I believe he lived in Far Rockaway at that time. The heist was in 1978, not '68.

@@potatolew4495 Hey it really doesn’t matter to me because I know the facts already. I have a very good memory and i make it a point to make sure my facts are correct. Because my parents, teachers, professors etc put a great importance on knowing the facts as best you can before you put them out there to the public. Some people and I’m not saying this guy were never made aware of the importance of making sure your facts are correct and that having factual mistakes causes you to loose credibility. I think this guy has created a good video and I would venture to say 99% of the readers won’t know the difference. Fact checking is well worth the time invested. I’ll close by quoting the Studio mogul Jack Woltz from the movie The Godfather with a few changes that I live by and try to avoid. “ I made myself look ridiculous and a man in my position can’t afford to look ridiculous”. I’m alluding to a mans reputation. Take for instance producing videos. It can take years to build a good reputation and only a moment to lose it. The details are important.

It makes no sense why Burke would take the chance of burying bodies on his own property when you consider how meticulous he was when it came time to eliminate anyone associated with the Lufthansa heist before they had a chance to flip, so as not to get pinched himself. @David R Yeah I just remembered the song, that explains it, Thanks for the info. I live in London, but in a leafy suburb. I have been into central London which is really dangerous in parts. There is a skatepark under the road in Ladbroke Grove. I used to do Rollerblade trick skating. I have some tricks on my channel. Anyway two weeks in a row skating that park (it was always in the evening) someone was stabbed outside the skatepark. The second time I actually saw the perps running over a small bridge back into their estate. It was a war between a muslim gang and a black gang. But as weird as this might sound I was not scared nor was I bothered as there were guys pouring out of that estate looking for their enemies mad as hell. But they didn't even blink to see us skaters heading back ti the metro station, it was nothing to do with us and that sorta meant we would be ok. Like you said, you just have to be alert and ignore anyone calling you names and stuff like that. Because we had that a few times. If you took the bait and said something back, you'd soon see how many people were behind the kid calling you pussies, lol. Oh I also had my bag stolen up there once. I had taken my camera out to film some grinds on the rails like 2 minutes before the bag was taken. I dont think ill go back there now haha.

The most amazing thing about these videos is that these famous mobsters lived in such nondescript houses and neighborhoods, even a boss like Carlo Gambino. With all the money flowing through their hands you'd think they would have a really nice house in a upscale neighborhood. I guess the portrayal of the Mafiosi in "Casino" as low class thugs was accurate. My impression is that some of the early guys, like Arnold Rothstein and Lucky Luciano, had a little more class, but I could easily be wrong. How is it that the FBI was so dumb as to not have dug up every basement and yard of every Mafiosi and associate they ever arrested? The Mob didn't have to be too clever about victim disposal if they could just dump the corpse in their own house and the cops would never look.

Don't forget though they were right there on the Atlantic ocean. The cops probably looked at it like what would a regular person do with a stiff ? Bury them in their YARD or take it out for a boat ride ? They also had junk yards with auto crushers, land fills, you name it. So who would turn the house into a grave yard and with all the risk of being witnessed that goes with t ? I have no idea but I bet it wasn't that common.
