People think there will be a lot of changes after hysterectomy but if you are in your 40s but within your 45 of age if your ovaries are good we conserve the ovaries so that you are hormonally active. With the presence of your hormones it is as good as before so its only that you have to remove the uterus but your hormones are still functioning. So your skin is good. You are youthful. There is no bone loss. The cardiac health is good. There is no urinary tract infection, vaginal infections. The issue comes when there is removal of ovaries as well. So when your ovaries are removed, basically there are no hormonal support to your body. This is when you start feeling hot flushes. Hot flushes mean you start sweating all of a sudden. You start feeling very hot. So this is when the hormone levels start going up and down. Secondly you might have repeated urinary tract infections and sudden bone loss and distribution of hair. Some people might experience more hair fall. But apart from this there are no other bodily changes what people think that they will gain weight after hysterectomy. That is a total misconception. Removal of ovaries have got other complications like urinary tract infections, vaginal infections and bone loss like osteoporosis will be accelerated. There are certain supplements available to overcome these.

Following childbirth, I noticed my hairfall but I stayed calm. I acted to to control it. I opted for a wellness-focused strategy. I prioritized my nutrition, having vitamin-packed foods, specially those high in Protein, Biotin. I worked out regularly and engaged in meditation for stress control. I just stayed away from tight hairstyles and stopped using heated hair tools to minimise hair stress. She is so accurate with this information. I had a total hysterectomy (removal of my uterus, cervix and fallopian tubes) at age 50- in 2022, and my body has not changed at all. I feel amazing.

Can't u have hormone replacement if you loose your ovaries
Plz reply me how can i back in shape after this surgery i m even not 30
I had a hysterectomy and ovary removal in my mid 50's. I had large fibroid cysts which took a lot of blood, to the point where I lost a lot of blood. I had to have 4 bags of blood put in me as a result. I feel better than I ever had before. Yeah, my weight is still above what it should be, but I definitely feel better.

I had a surgery uterus..ovaries and lymph node removal..6mnths ago…it was successful…but i noticed that my blood pressure and heart rate was become high…is it normal?pls mam i need your opinion about this…thanks

I had uterus removal laparoscopic surgery 4 mnth before i have pain n burning sensation during sex . When i contact with my husband burning sensation started very badly. Otherwise there is no burning sensation.pls advice me

If female ovaries are not remove after hysterectomy, she will get pregnant or not ???? And What will cover free space after hysterectomy????

When the uterus is removed (hysterectomy) you can no longer get pregnant. Ovaries are left to prevent early menopause.

No uterus= no baby Ovaries are left so menopause doesn't happen immediately after.

Nothing covers that free space. They have had things offered such as the vaginal sling, but there was a lawsuit out about that some years ago. I don't know what they do currently. That's why I'm extremely hesitant about a hysterectomy because the uterus is our organs' support system and as we age they can drop down due to the loss of the usterus.

Actually you can still get pregnant with no uterus if you still have a cervix and ovaries. It's not common but it can happen I've seen it happen o! So still be using protection when having sex 👀
