Bonus upload! Partners in Time is probably my favorite game ever made. Some people may say it has it's flaws, but for me it's nothing but joy even thinking about it. There are lots of songs that are really good and worth remixing, but i choose to do both final boss themes of the Shroob princesses (1 fittingly named "Overture to the End", which i love) because of the weekly music contest over at the Video Game Music Lounge discord.
I will probably do more of this game in the future, i hope that's okay!
And i hope you'll enjoy this remix!

I remember 10 year old me being stuck at the save point before this fight with a horribly under-leveled team, and I couldn't go back to level them up since leaving the room with the save point just triggered the cutscene for the start of the fight. After many tries, I dropped the game for years before deciding to go back and finish the accidental hard mode I put on myself. Took me forever, but I eventually beat the game. The final boss themes get ingrained in your head after so many attempts while doing meager damage!

It's my faovirte mario & luigi, and the base of "another's requiem" (elder princess shroob phase 2) is my favorite game soundtrack, but this is very very incredible. I'm so glad I found this
That picture on the second half is a perfect example of the music. I don't know how many renditions of this I've heard, but great job. So emotional. This piece is so underrated.
The second part gives me goosebumps!

It would make more sense if the battle took place in a grey void with clocks and numbers and stuff

A little linear, but the surprisingly dark tones this Mario game showcased definitely make up for it.

I regret not completing it as a kid, I gave up at the Mrs. Thwomp fight cuz I was under leveled

@@lassehp4045 i think, sadly, it's youtube fucking up. Since it flagged it as copyright for studio ghibli (even tho i disnt monitize it) it forced it to be on shared rev and blocked in some countries. Im sadly not sure how to solve this. Im so sorry

I'm okay with it being used for a video as long as im creditted and such. And i'd like to see the finished video whenever its finished just out of curiousity. And yes this video is safe to use but i do recommend also creditting the original composer too
