Bobcat skid loader plowing snow

Ойын-сауық

Join us as we clear several inches snow from parking lots and sidewalks. This was not a blizzard or the snowstorm of the century but at least it was something! Bobcat skid steers are very efficient at plowing snow. I would much rather use a skid loader than a plow truck unless you are plowing roads or large open areas. Wisconsin just didn't pull through this winter and delivered very few storms. Spring is on the way now and concrete season is right around the corner.

Enough is enough there’s plenty of people out there willing to work no call no show is unforgivable how hard is it to pick up the phone especially now a days you don’t even have to talk to anyone u can just send a text IMO both are good people but horrible employees Darrel needs no explanation and JR needs to know it’s not ok to just stand there and watch everyone else work there’s always something that can be done and falling asleep at work never but that’s just my 2 cents itnn be obviously don’t mean anything it’s your business and your money..!

My father and I plow with a 2001 2 door wrangler, with a full size 6 ft plow. People mock it, but it gives you the maneuverability that a truck won't. I can only imagine how much easier a skid loader is in tight spaces.

My county here in Ohio uses beet juice for an additive in their salt and it actually does work pretty decent. I would imagine since it's plant derived, it's probably environmentally friendly. I have seen a few people bashing both Darryl's and I personally think it's very disrespectful. I can't stand people that act like they are perfect and have never made a mistake in life. Nobody is perfect including me, I'm far from it. All I can do is try to be a better person each day and learn to forgive people when they fall short. From what I understand about the treated salt is that it works at a lower temp than regular salt. My dad works for MN/DOT and does freeway plowing in the winter. They use the treated salt when the temps are below 6 degrees. It's super pricy but normal salt won't work if it's too cold.

The other consequence for to much down pressure is if you hit something it's going to do way more damage if all the weight is on the plow.
