June, 24, 1969, my sweet, beautiful, too young baby brother of only 17, was killed in a horrific car accident along with his girlfriend, her sister, and her boyfriend.. my mom was NEVER EVER the same, I was only 6 at the time, my older sister told me God chose our brother to be an angel now and he'd not be able to see us anymore. I was so mad at God for so long, I wanted my brother back, I didn't want my mom to cry anymore, and I didn't care if he was supposed to be an angel... So for years Honey would softly play ......... Until one day I understood..... 😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢

Lagu ini mengingatkan aku pada sosok Eyang Kakung dari Ayahku yang telah meninggal tgl 05/12/1996 dan Eyang Putri dari Ayahku meninggal tgl 13/07/2013. Beliau dari tahun 90an dan 2000an Saat aku TK selalu menyetel lagu tembang kenangan dari old album dan salah satunya lagu ini seringkali dinyanyikan Eyang Kakung dan Eyang Putri. Setiap aku mendengar lagu tsb, penuh kenangan dan air mata ku berurai teringat akan Neneku yang seakan masih hidup. My favorite song...mengingatkan masa lalu ketika merantau ke Solo....bnyk kenangan yg sulit dilupakan.....salam untuk Kota Solo Kota Kesenian Asli

Loved this song when it first came out now it reminds me of my lovely Kelly who left us aged 21 August 31 2007😢❤ wish I could have swopped places with her I'm now 73 and unwell I guess I will be joining her soon 😢😢😢❤ 3:46
