Bobby Deol's Shocking Body Transformation for 'Animal'

Apart from his exceptional performance, Bobby Deol is being praised for his remarkable physical transformation for his recent release 'Animal' wherein he is seen playing an antagonist. His trainer Prajwal Shetty recently revealed the details about how Bobby was able to achieve the look imagined by director of the movie Sandeep Reddy Vanga. Prajawal admitted that Vanga had a particular body type in mind and directed the trainer to enhance Bobby's chest and tailor the actor's physique to fit for the role. Talking to Aaj Tak about it during an interview, Prajwal said, 'I was given four months time for the film 'Animal'. He wanted us to achieve Bobby's villainous look in these four months. Believe me, both of us had dedicated ourselves to those four months.' Vanga wanted Bobby to look 'broader and bigger than Ranbir' and Prajwal revealed how Vanga called him to show the last scene of the movie and said, 'You've done a remarkable job on his physique; this is precisely what I envisioned.' Bobby was able to bring his body fat percentage down while weighing around 85-90 kgs. His trainer added, 'At that time, he was slightly lean, so our goal was to gradually increase his muscle mass. We tailored the entire diet plan accordingly, incorporating a balanced mix of carbohydrates, fats, and proteins. He dedicated approximately one hour to weight training every day. Additionally, he engaged in 40-minute high-intensity cardio sessions both in the morning and evening.' The actor refrained from eating sweets and followed a strict diet plan that was high on protein and low carbohydrates. Bobby ate eggs, chicken and fish for protein, opted for oatmeal and rice as a source for carbohydrates and included salads in his diet for extra fiber.
