Look at how Bobby is dressed compared to how New Edition was dressing in 86, They were still wearing the shiny blazers & bow ties. People thought Bobby was sick because New Edition would always say he was sick when he missed shows or interviews. Everything makes total sense now.

Thanks for posting this RARE video of Bobby Brown. Virtually everything we see of B.Brown skips over this time period of his life(1986/1987). Almost everything B.Brown says in this interview is interesting because of what happened in the future....Mutli-platinum Don't Be Cruel comes out in '88, not New Edition reunion album, marries Whitney Houston, producing Cosby Show characters Theo and Cockroach?? Also bad rumors REALLY stuck to him a few years after this took place and have never stopped

It really sucks how MCA did these guys. You can tell there are things Bobby wanted to say, but couldnt. He told New Edition hed never get back with them, but then says theyd do a regrouping in 88-89 which was actually The Heartbreak tour years.
