as a barista, do you remember all of the recipes? is there a cheat sheet you can use? i’m applying for a boba job right now and think the hardest part is making the drinks and remembering 20+ different recipes.

I did have a screen that showed the recipes but over time I'd remember them by heart, it also really helps during rush hour. i'm sure you will remember them very soon too!

Nice. What is cheese foam? At boba shops there’s so much on the menu I don’t know what to try. And I don’t want to waste $7 in a drink I don’t like

idk how to fully describe cheese foam but it's kinda like the Starbucks cold foam in a way and it also depends on the store but for happy lemon, it would have a hint of salt while it's still sweet and creamy, i hope that helps. also, I'd recommend to just try the store's best seller and you can always ask the barista for recommendations:)
