I think that number two is the a hole because they could just stay for the wake portion then leave for everyone else to enjoy the party part. Especially after they mentioned how his grandpa's friends were already flying out. I have grandparents who have missed out on so many things because they can't travel but occasionally there's a thing that is far too important to not travel for but it takes a lot out of them. Show respect for your grandfather and the other people going.

1st story: YES CHANGE IT!!! It will definitely bother the kid when she’s older and if the mom wants to keep it something similar, I would suggest a name like, Payton Star ______, Payton could still stay the first name but it would be more simpler and you could do something like star as the middle name

1:Nta who wants to spell that name ever day a student come's in Class. the mom prob doesn't want to even spell that so no nta. 2d:Yta but also nta you agreed to it and went back on your word but also you didn't know it was a 4th of july party. 3rd:Yta she asked that you don't 🚬 around her and you didn't but you did in the same room she sleep's in and she told you that can trigger her and if you had a whole garage. why do it in yall's room when yk it can trigger her and the smoke can move to the bed witch can trigger her as well. 4th:Nta when you married him you promised to be there for him when ever and if you say you don't wanna go then that's that no one can force you to go somewhere you don't wanna go. 5th:Nta get out of there if he is willing to pick his mom's side other trying to kill you then if she was to do it again then you end up dead he would tell ppl a different story to get him mom out of trouble. get out of that relationship its not safe for you and that baby. my opinion.
