Great looking figure but very annoying they haven’t revealed a Book of Boba Fett carded Fett to go with Fennec, makes no sense. The carded Fett they are giving us is the Morak version from The Mandalorian. The box is fine for a side thing for the loose collectors but if they ever decide to completely replace the bubble on card with that I will be done collecting new figures.

Could of done with Morak one with the stormtrooper helmets and charged that at an exorbitant price ( 27.99 in some shops here in UK) and had TBOBF one on TBOBF card, sitting on the throne would of been awesome

Also I think the stormtrooper helmets come with the ball joints because you can head swap them with something like the Remnant Stormtrooper so it looks like he’s wrecked a couple like he did in Mando!

@@OnlyOneKenobi I tried that the other week with a Luke one and a remnant one and the end result looked kinda funny, didn't quite work, think the neck looked too long on the Luke one I think

As much as I’m not a fan of this “deluxe” packaging and price tag I can’t deny I love this figure! I got him a few weeks back when ID Toys got some import stock and I don’t regret it!

Great Boba Fett figurine it is simply amazing

Only one! The best out there! I absolutely love this figure! I’m an open collector myself and don’t do on card so I don’t care about the package at all. Ya I do save my card backs but I just don’t get why they are putting regular figures in these boxes! I was surprised that the 2 stormtrooper helmets have pegs but the boba has a hollow helmet

Such an awesome review my friend. 2 of the most specific details I know of that you didn't mention are the fact you can put the stormtrooper helmets on the remnant figures. Great for photography. Also, the patch work (repair) on his jetpack is a super touch

They did a great job with this Boba Fett!👍🏼

I won’t repeat my response to the recent Ask Bossk’s Bounty, but without a bubble, you can’t see QC issues or just low-effort paint or sculpt. For resale, there’s no way to know what is in the box when it is “sealed” (same issue as vintage vehicles and things). And I just realized, they can’t be graded.

The flames on mine don’t stay in the jet pack, and I thought the exact same thing about the nomad Boba

Great review as always OOK! I read the barbell fits-You can attach the damaged helmets to a remnant or vc140 and lay them out in fetts destruction kinda thing. Can't wait to get mine!

Really nice looking figure and great accessories, definitely, no doubt about it. Doesn't feel like a 'deluxe' figure though. Feels to me that the collectors are being fleeced. But, if you like this character, it's gotta be a 'must-have'. He looks amazing either with or without his helmet on! 👌

It’s tricky but I get them held, but what a figure! I was drooling over this figure for a while and finally is it in my hands as of yesterday! And got migs mayfield and Koska Reeves in the same box! Great day for my collection! And just to ask, I see your AT AT and I absolutely love mine! That , the razor and the falcon are my 3 favorite! Falcon first obviously but a close 2nd A and 2nd B

Nice, looks amazing. My delux TVC Ahsoka grogu and morai turned up today from star action and that’s a real good figure too. Crazy how much detail is packed into such a tiny figure. Cool review OOK. Nice backing moosic too! 😊

Thanks man. I trust I ordered that Ahsoka 🤔🙃 I think I might've anyway 😅 In fact.... I DID! Plus I'm glad the deluxe comes with the Cape coz that means I defo don't want/have to open the other! Why the bubble figure DIDN'T come with a poncho is beyond me! 😏👌🏼

And yeah mine was a nightmare to get him to hold his blaster!

Got him today and the Retro Morak Boba, dunno If you got him too, I like them both. The TVC Morak Boba i think is my favorite out the bunch, hope it's on cardback as the cardback for the retro Morak Boba is the dogs.

Fantastic video O.O.K. Can't wait for this. Looks incredible. Funny thing: my ROTJ Boba holds his blaster with them best of 'em. Trigger finger and all. Hand in glove. So heck knows how they stuffed this up.

Not the hugest Fett fan, and probably wouldn't have ordered this, even if in a bubble. BUT... I did order two Ahsokas... I collect MOC for modern ONLY. I don't appreciate having to order two of an (extra expensive) figure, to have one MoC/MiB while still being able to see the actual figure. I'd prefer the figures to be made out of resin-injected recycled cardboard and to keep the plastic bubbles...

One upside of this is there is no reason to get a second one carded is because you cant see the figure in the packaging. You can just hang up the empty box. I do that with all the cardbacks i like anyways, just have the cardback with the empty bubble, looks pretty clean actually. Perhaps even like pose the figure in a neat way and put them back in the bubble. Thats a spontaneous idea i got while typing this.

Also this deluxe figure should have come with a gaffi stick so you could like... idk pose this figure with the helmets on some troopers idk.. Its just kinda wierd to have the gaffi stick damaged helmet but no gaffi stick to go with it

What I've been saying about the TVC bubbles is that, more than any other figure line, the bubble on TVC cards are PART of the product, just as much as the figure itself and the card. Many collectors of TVC buy two, like yourself, to open one and keep the other on card. The fact that they'd want to get rid of the bubble and cut their profits in half makes no sense to me. They are a company who's goal is to make money after all. I still think, if plastic creates as much pollution as they say, both by way of air and landfills, and it is really that dire of a situation, you think Hasbro would care enough to just stop producing plastic products all together, since they're changing their strategy at all. But again, they don't really care because they haven't stopped. They need money, yet they're no longer incentivising customers to buy two. Its all a big headache, really. I just don't know what to make of it.

Hasbro did an amazing job with this figure and while the box is nice there got to be a carded version of him to come. Hasbro can not just get away with that. It’s their unique look since like 1979. Anyway great video review looking forward to the next

I just picked one up from forbidden planet in Manchester, they had 3 in for £35, it's still on pre order on their website for £26 so I'm assuming they were import stock. I don't get the stormtrooper helmets though....it was in the mandalorian when he bashed a shitload of stormies lol, not the bobf, still.....they can be used with the mandalorian boba when it comes out.

Hi O1B - cool review; thanks for this. Hypothetically speaking, let's say Hasbro moves exclusively to these boxes for 3.75 figures I order to save the world. Collector X decides to buy a boxed Star Wars 3.75" figure, carefully untapes it and removes the figure. They then replace it with an old POTF2 Malakili, retape it carefully and return to Forbidden Planet with receipt in hand for a full refund. Farfetched or a genuine issue? Please Hasbro, retain the card/bubble for TVC figures.

The figure looks really cool but the gun looks to big to me. Maybe that's why you had trouble getting it in his hand.

What cases does these deluxe boxes fit in? Can you do a video on that? There's really only 4 cases out there. Star Cases, Figure Shields, Case Shells, or DC Deflectors.

The figures are plastic??

How is Hasbro saving the environment with all cardboard packages when they have to cut down more trees to make more cardboard? Also at least half of Star Wars collectors do not throw away the packages. Plus no one in their right mind is going to throw away plastic Star Wars collectibles these days. Hasbro, that does not make good sense.

I'm not liking the box package this needs to be on a bubble & cardback. This is why I started collection TVC. This is Hasbro doing their test runs with the others to come. I don't like it & never will. Why do I need more boxes of figures I can't see inside. The bubble & cardback is almost as important as the figures, it's like a work of art. It's the smallest piece of plastic what a load of bull. When figures are made of plastic! As for the gun yeah really annoyed uts bendy plastic we need the harder plastic like Kenner used on weapons those were nice & hard. These are flimsy & cheap yet were charged for a deluxe. This whole deluxe price is a scam. Give us proper weapons with proper paint apps on them. I was actually just setting up a Boba Fett I just bought the Evolution 3 pack Fett legacy!! With the original Jeremy Bullock head sculpt. This Boba looks awesome as well. Also come with Jango Fett & Mandalore the Indomitable. Such a cool pack! Would be so cool to have some of these Evolutions pack figures in TVC. Mandalore the Indomitable would be cool.

Do you really think its better than VC186? That's my definitive Boba Fett. It's a different era Fett I know, but I just think that figure is the tits.

You take away the plastic then you're using more paper which is trees. I recycle so, what's the problem with people not recycling. I recycle aluminum every Stitch of plastic at home at work. I recycle and cans, cardboard. My area they don't recycle glass as of right now. If you open the figure take the plastic and recycle it. Alright enough of my rant it is a cool box and something different. Great review is always mr. Nick. Cheers my good friend time to crack open a beer from aluminum can that I will recycle 4 money.

Send me ur extra then. I know how hasbro can save from using plastic, cut out the retro line, their for scalpers anywho. Oops lololol
