For anyone interested, he's in standard tuning but a full step down (E Strings at D) in this video. Play on!

I can't believe how tuned his voice is. It is so 'spot-on' that it looks like he has an autotune, but no! He's just great! And his guitar playing in this performance looks simple but is actually kindda hard. Very effective picking.

Oh my god he's still awesome. He's one of the few older original rock singers that still sounds great.

Ahh, his voice is smooth as butter... Love ya, Steve Oh my god, I love him. This version is it.

I saw the Steve Miller band at eagles auditorium in 1969, that was the Brave New World tour. It was unforgettable. Miller is not just a studio performer.

No one can do it better than the best🤓😎. The best songs are always the simple ones with a catchy tune and lyrics. Thanks Steve Miller, you old JOKER you.

Salgado was diagnosed with liver cancer in 2005, and underwent a successful liver transplant in 2006. On June 13, 2006, a benefit concert was held in his honor in Portland to raise funds for his medical treatment.Among those who performed were STEVE MILLER.

That song is one of my top ten of all time. I liked it back when I was in the 2nd grade, don't know why, I couldn't have undertood the concepts at that age. There was something about it that coalesced with my very being. Or maybe it is merely an awesome song? :)
