Bunny Wailer. Bob's mother actually left him twice before he was 16. First time when she went away to Kingston to work. One month later Bob started walking to Kingston. Second time when she went to USA, also to work. He probably talked about this much with Bunny during the period when Bob's mother and Bunny's father lived together in Kingston and Bob and Bunny slept in the same room. Bunny's mother was gone since long time ago. They wrote the lyrics together, recorded it 4 years later.
