(This was pre covid 19) I so want this cut but instead I went to two different places and got a straight bob with no layers or texture. Cut was above my shoulders 👎🏼👎🏼😔. Hated it so much that I cried. I bit dramatic but my hair was long to my waist and to cut it all off. So disappointed 😞
