Hadn't seen any clips of Night Court in years. Decided to watch it, and then Check out the comments. I had no idea that Harry Anderson had died. Normally I'd feel bad for the family and friends of whomever had passed away, but I'd met Harry, and we spoke quite a bit between '93-'95. He was living in Fall City, outside of Seattle, and he became a firefighter with them. I was a volunteer with King County FD 10 (Now Eastside Fire and Rescue), and worked for American MedTech (Now AMR). I spoke with him on calls, in classes, when we ran into each other a couple of times, or when he was the emcee/comedian at our awards banquet. He was always such a vibrant, fun-loving man. I was able to ask him on a group chat around 2005 if he was going to work with the volunteer department in NC. He said that he'd try, but didn't know if he'd have the time. That was the last that I was ever able to communicate with him. As someone that would just peripherally wander into his life, it always amazed me how happy he was to speak with someone who had to remind him of my name. He remembered my face, and that I was a firefighter, but, even though he didn't know me, he always greeted me with such exuberance that I had to remind myself that he really didn't know me. His kindness and thoughtfulness will be sorely missed, and the world is a darker place due to our loss of Harry.

I'm convinced Bob Wheeler's accent has to be based on someone Mr. Spiner knew in Texas... Also, he had to have reused this accent sometime during the run of TNG. Probably when Data's programming got corrupted by the holodeck computer.

I get the biggest kick out of Bob's voice. For those of us who are Trekkies, Brent uses that same voice in A Fistful of Datas, playing bad guys in tgd hologram program of The Ancientnt West a d during other scenes too. One of my favorite episodes. I figured that when they rebooted Night Court we'd see these two sooner or later.

Brent Spiner's skill with quirky characters and with comedy is outstanding from the start of his career. They way he and Annie O'Donnell play off each other is super. They made a great team with these characters. BTW, $250,000 in $100 bills would be a stack more than 8 ft tall - would not fit in a coffee can.

A stack of 100 $100 dollar bills is .43 inches tall. That means 2500 $100 dollar bills would be 10.75 inches tall. I think it would fit in that can.

Ah, but the scene got cut short. Half the money was hidden in June Wheeler's bra. Which comment led to June looking at Christine Sullivan and saying something like, "Looks like you've got quite a nest egg yourself." This sequence was bust-a-gut funny. The "worm stampede" is a guarantee to "images that can't be unseen." And Bob Wheeler's "We ate the Neko wafers" was dead-on timing.
