One thing worth mentioning about this kdm 7800 Is that it has modbus terminations on the back of it! I can read both lines of the display via modbus and also send a do not fire...

Eric, pull the uveitis scanner and see if it's blinks an orange flash sometimes it will blink alot or it will blink every few seconds. If it's blinking replace the US scanner.

We have a Honeywell 7823, will the display work with our controller?

Too much vibration has broken a connection on the inside. Replace the control and fix what ever is causing the vibration.

I have a Honeywell burner control that fluctuates in DC voltage from 5 - 0.1 volts during a cycle which causes it to lock out on flame failure. I thought it was the U.V. Fire Eye so I change it out with a brand new one. I still had the same problem so I thought it might be a clog in the "tube" the Fire Eye connects to so I cleaned it out and I still have a fluctuation in voltage which is causing flame failure lock out. Is my Honeywell Burner Control bad?

Erick Zamarron Thanks, I now have a new problem, The fire eye now detects a flame when the boiler is not firing. Usually that's a problem with fuel oil but my boiler uses natural gas.

+DaneStolthed You can take a lighter to the front of the eye and you should see the eye light up that should verify that your uv sensor is good

I’m getting a main flame ignition code on my 7800 . Does anybody have any idea where I should start ? Also when I get that alarm for some reason the honey well drops out it power and turns off.
