This...this is the best song to play on trumpet. The best... the solo is JUST SO SEXY

One of the best big band arrangements of any tune I got to play about 20 years ago in college. I played the piano, everyone loved it and the conductor was just a fan of the ending especially from 7:45, on how the chord moved!

This might be the coolest thing Curnow band has covered... Bill Whelan is a compositional GENIUS and this rendition is satisfying as hell

Love the chart and the playing is magnificent. Listen to the drums when the chart changes

A upbeat jazz verison of Riverdance...nice to hear a cool jazz verison of the song hope Bill Whalen enjoyed this verison.

The Pointe theater in Dublin the original riverdance dance show on PBS.

I can see in my mind Jean Butler and Micheal Flatley on stage with the original riverdance dance troupe doing the dance.

Anyone got the trumpet solo transcription? Its insane!
