You do realise that Uk was instrumental in starting of this war? Since before 2014. And then again in scuppering all peace deals which would averted this war and kept Ukraine intact. Now that the west is loosing the proxy war fought with the blood of Ukraine they are doubling down . Even the many dictators Rome had throughout history were chosen by the senate. Difference here is that they were put in place to solve a specific and urgent problem like invasions. After the problem was solved, they resigned. The only exception I can think of are monarchies...

Former Active Duty US Army here - I remember taking a class for "drone-busting" a few years back, and it made me more aware of the growing use of unmanned aerial vehicles in combat. Primarily we discussed the use of drones by insurgent groups, and how some simple $40 drones from a local "radio shack" can be used to cause extensive amounts of damage, and that actual nations with dedicated drone budgets and programs like Russia or China can potentially do far worse. It painted a lot of unpleasant and unsettling mental images of where conventional land wars between nations would be going. Then a year later, Russia invades Ukraine, and a lot of those mental images are becoming a reality. War is indeed changing. The technology to disrupt drone signals certainly does exist, as does the hardware to detect and intercept them. But, if those photos and videos of parked Russian warplanes with tires strapped across them for protection is any clear indicator, this technology is either in extreme short supply or non-existent to the Russian Armed Forces. You'd think 30 years after the fall of the USSR, they'd have invested in actual modernization rather than just a fresh coat of paint for their parades.

@@danielk7076 Yes, there are more. Serbia comes to mind. And there were all kinds of different reasons for these "attacks". But keep in mind a very important fact: NONE of these were land grabs like Putin is doing now. He has grabbed control of parts of Georgia, and now he is now saying that the Crimea and the four oblasts are now part of the territory of Russia. Did the USA do that in Vietnam, Grenada (proper spelling), Libya, Panamá, Irak, Bosnia, Yugoslavia, Yemen, ...... ? Each of these interventions had a reason but NONE of them were to grab land to make the USA larger.
This is actually so sad. This war needs to end.
Man those drones can keep up with their small boats. How fast is that boat going?

They aren't, let Ukraine fight, they wanted this in 2014 when Petro Poroshenko launched his Anti-Terrorism push east and outlawed the use of the Russian language. So let Ukraine stand on its own if its so damned tough.....but its not is it ? It's losing badly right now and is pulling back across the entire front, RUS forces are making gains they have never seen before, its almost over.

No it was drone due to it being a compressed air boat and not just metal or carbon the pressure caused it to blow that way drone hit it nearly bottom in the rear

This war reminds me of The Soviet Union fighting in Afganistan, that war made The Soviet Union collapse.
As wild as this footage is, it's crazy that for every explosion, someone's family will be receiving word that their loved one was killed in battle.
This is why you don't bully smaller countries 🤦🏼♂️
