I'm glad that they are out with innovative products. I'd love to see how the product is received by various segments of customers and where it's gonna hit and miss. Quite a lot of assumptions and predictions at this point. But I'm sure the real outcome is gonna be unpredictable. The story and the pitch of Boat is gonna be a decider, because they're entering in uncharted waters with this. In any case well done Boat and good luck.

This is a great initiative towards technology. This 1st gen smart ring might not pack thing worth of 9k but putting this thing into market will make sure to attract other competitors hence making smart rings more efficient within less price. Looking forward to 3rd-4h gen for smart ring.

i would honestly say it's quite expensive for a boat product. I feel the Indian tech market is not ready for this product.

Its good to see Indian companies trying something new but i dont think ke people will but this ring for these features only Adding a gps also would have been great so that parents could keep a track of their kids and feel a lill relaxed about their whereabouts specially small kids. Practically, it's of no use. Ultimately you need a smart phone, uske Bina it's just a ring. It's not advisable to keep looking at your heart rate, oxygen etc etc all the time, especially when it's not accurate, as you may end up worrying all the time.

Just a suggest: whenever you use some technique terms, display meaning of them for users. Like Nikhil Kamath podcast.
