Nucky isn't anything but flesh blood and bone like the rest of us. In real life I don't think Nucky would believe Richard. He would put a hit out on him out of fear. Yeah Richard's a very skilled marksman but he wouldn't be the only one around.

I really respect Richard for not taking Jimmy's death personal and trying to make war with Nucky over it. He's no hypocrite, he knows the game they're in and the risks they take. And he's pragmatic enough to know that Nucky can still provide good work for him in the future.

"You and Mrs Thompson were good to me" is a great line It shows that Richard genuinely doesn't kill for business like any of the other characters. Harrow’s comment about Jimmy being a soldier harks back to Hyman Roth’s comments in Godfather II about the death of Moe Greene. He didn’t ask who’d ordered the hit, because “This is the business we have chosen.” Of course, Roth treats it as a business issue, whereas for Harrow, it’s the life of a man who wound up on the wrong side.
Mickey is goofy and whatever but damn is it good acting, assuming he doesn't really talk like that lol. Every second of their appearance throughout the whole show, we know exactly who Mickey and Richard are and aren't as characters.
