Nice one, just fixed my Knox Handroid Pod gloves. Half way through I opened up the bad eyestay and managed to figure it out, it's a lot simpler than it looked at first. Still would've been lost without this, great video!

Be SURE you take picture(s) of laces before you disassemble! Use the videos, the written instructions are confusing. I also used some LaCross very small pointy tweezers to facilitate pulling the laces through. Bring your patience, took ~ 1 hour going step by step. BOA is a good company that stands behind their products.
