Bo Staff is a term we use for this weapon in USA where the term Bo is more appropriate when referring to a Bo Staff in a Karate class. 棒 or Bàng is more appropriate when referring to a Bo Staff in a Chinese Kung Fu or Wushu class! Bo means staff so ur practically saying “staff staff”
The only thing incredible about Mace is how brazen he is defrauding his students.
Jake mace you inspired me to start training in martial arts
Looks cool and is great for building coordination with the weapon but these are not useful techniques in an actual fight, you're leaving yourself wide open to attacks doing these stylish moves and telegraphing a lot of your moves. In an actual fight you want to be using minimal movement and keeping your guard up at all times.
So why do you lean on the staff in the last one is it for more stably? To ad more power to the kick?
No human can do that behind back shoulder!!
Could a blind or legally blind person use a cain in place of an actual bow staff in a real world self defense situation? Why are why not? Are these stubs waited with the waiting of a cane be too clumsy to build proper momentum? Do they sell both painted light canes for the blind to retain recognizability, while achieving desired weighted effects? Are there collapsible bow staff wire? Why not? Thank you for this video.
