কলাম ডিজাইন কি লেটারেল লোড ছাড়া ফ্যাক্টর কম্বিনেশন (1.2DL+1.6LL) টা ধরে ডিজাইন করবো? না ওভার অল কম্বিনেশনের মধ্যে ইট্যাব যেটা সাজেস্ট করবে সেই ডিজাইন কম্বিনেশন নিয়ে ডিজাইন করবো?
