5mo owning a 2007 E86 3.0si with ZF6 spd Must say I LOVE it hits 120mph super fast and so much more fun to drive than the last 4 GT Mustangs I've owned will keep it forever

Buy it now, mine hasn't lost in value since I bought it despite the miles I drove. They won't get cheaper and it's a ton of fun.

Gorgeous car! I'm going to either get this or the M variant of it in the next year or so. What head unit is that? Ive only seen the standard Business CD unit in all Z4s.

This is "Navigation System Business". It has the CD slots between the seats in the rear of the cabin. The one with the CD slot in the control unit is the "Audio/Radio Business". And then there is the "Navigation System Professional" with the screen on the dashboard. I think the Navi Business is a good compromise because you can't look at the screen of Professional anymore in times of 8k

Thank you for this. I have an e86, and was curious about the top speed. It’s not something we have a chance to find out in the US.

So what was top speed? I had an ///M with the governor removed and I was able to get to 170 before I almost shit my pants. Do you have a limiter on? I currently have a E89 30i and wish I was able to go faster :(

You see it at 04:17, it's 265kph/165mph. The car has the standard limiter but with that tire and rims it goes faster. You feel the limiter kick in. E89, nice ride aswell, but the 30i has a few less horses. Anyway enjoy 😎

265 auf Tacho oder GPS. Tacho hab ich auch so 265-270, vergesse aber immer GPS zu checken...

I can recommend to play a bit with your tire pressure especially on the rear tires. Or your rear springs broke, that is a common defect...

It is reliable, it's German engineering. Try find a 3.0 engine. Naturally aspirated, inline six cylinder, what could go wrong?😎

its not a terrible engine, it wont strand you middle of nowherr but OIL LEAKS FROM EVERYWHERE

If I may say, it is an awesome engine, especially in this car. Only minor oil issue i faced was the valve cover sealing. After changing it, the engine is dry as a bone. And i guess for athletes it's ok to sweat a bit.
