You need to take the air compressor fuse out. You won't get any faults coming up. Dame thing happened to me. Was told to take fuse out and no more faults coming

Thanks for the video but it was incomplete for me. E70 - I never got rid of the EHC error until I deleted the adaptive drive 2VA from the Kombi. This should help the next guy.

The video is not incomplete... Obviously if you have different options that might rely on this system, other things might need coding... There is no such thing as one fits all... The video is only a guide, nice you found a way for yours! 👍👍👍

where that? done it in NY, years ago, the wind chill factor to ~~ minus 20ºC, hands cold to the bone, had to go inside to a VERY hot room every 5 minutes or so to warm up the blood a bit...

I still come across a lot of individuals who do not understand the difference between coding and programming . Maybe you experience the same ? They ask me to program their PCM which actually needs coding or vice versa . I sometimes ask these people where they studied that they know this stuff and why they are not working as diagnosticians . You know I like your videos Luis . My comment is just stating a fact that I regularly run into and I wonder if other professionals have the same experience . I sometimes feel like I am being fooled because these people pretend to know more than me .

My one is not specific to programming... Even though I use it for that...😋 If you really want a programming power supply, a quick google search and you will find them... They usually cost from £250 upwards... Thank you for watching and for your comment!

Exactly how important is disconnecting the EHC module? I did this process with my E70 and error came out of both the cluster and the CCC. However about 3hrs after switching off the vehicle. I decided to go back on the road and 5mins after driving boom the error came right back. Is this as a result of not disconnecting the module?

We have a 2014 F30 328d Xdrive with Adaptive M suspension. Needs shocks/struts all around. Can we update with regular shocks/struts and so this code clearing as you did in this video? Thanks

Hi In regards to what it doesn't matter? I never installed one of those, so can't really comment... On a BMW, all modules communicate between them, they are often all integrated parts of the entire systems and subsystem... What problem are you experiencing? 👍👍👍

@@LMAutoRepairs Just that it will be hard to encode without all the original parts there. I have been having battery drain since spring conversion. EHC module doesn't allow car to enter sleep mode, so basically it drains until IBS kicks in and overrules. Every day, every time its parked. I guess it's worth the shot.. but BMW technician told me that there is a chance I will need to find an OEM CCC unit to plug in during coding. Just here for your second opinion.

Possibly... You can try to manually encode all the other modules... and see if that works...

@@LMAutoRepairs Alright, will give it a shot! now.. if I told you that the car still has it's original CCC system, but that the screen simply is a android unit, and that you can actually toggle between CCC/Android(Apple car play) would you think that changes anything? I mean, the CCC system is obviously still there, just not the original monitor..

In that case, the coding should just work... As no coding is done on the screen itself... If not by changing the VO, and then coding, will work manually... 👍👍👍
