My buddy just cut the original openings on the vicrez diffuser a bit more, but there is a company in Germany, ECD performance I think, they make a diffuser that's basically the M2 lower diffuser mated to the M235i M performance diffuser: kzread.info/dash/bejne/pXiA2qyvZaqYfso.html

@@Luftwaffe1O1 Hello, i plan to do the same thing ( cut the Vicrez diffuser ). Do you have any pictures of the diffuser once cut ? Or any advise on how to do it ?Hard to see on the video precisely. Will be one shot cut so i don't want to make any mistake. Anyway thanks for the idea !

Dude, just a small question, does the valve open\close by putting into sport and comfort? Or the valve doesn't work?

Valve works as normal, it is the same connector effectively. Afterwards i had mine welded open though anyways.

Did the exhaust need to be shortened or it’s the perfect length? I’m buying the full system, not just the back box so I’m wondering if I can literally just swap it on

It fits right up, you only need to trim the rear heatshield a bit if you plan on using the quad tips.

VMR V804 19x8.5 et35 front, 19x9.5et45 rear

I have recieved a bmw oem m2 m performance exhaust system from a friend who no longer needs it as he has upgraded ti the M2 competition pack. i also own a 235i and would like to to the same thing as you did. besides cutting the openings on diffuser abit more, did you have to do any other adjustments? like the heat shield etc

Hey man thanks for the compliment :) yeah the heat shield needed to be slightly trimmed on the driver's side. But this is only if you retain the quad piping from what I recall. The other option is to cut off your single pipes from the stock muffler and weld them to the m2 muffler. Everything else bolts right on. Actually there are a couple of companies in Europe that make a diffuser that will fit the quad pipes. I think ECD performance is one, but there was another one that made one that looked exactly like the m performance diffuser, just with room for the m2 exhaust tips.

@@Luftwaffe1O1 Hey, I’m from Spain and I just bought the M235i. There is a guy that I know that he is selling the stock exhaust system from his M2 for 350€. I’m thinking about buying it and putting to my car. Would it sound just like yours? (It sounds amazing!!) or would I need to do something else? Thanks for your response 😀
